Terms of use

The service

LoopAndStack is a shared canvas. You may upload a short clip, convert it to a looping GIF in your browser, and plant it on the lot. Newer loops may cover older ones. Overlapping land costs more credits.

The lot is public. Anyone can view planted loops without an account. An account is required to plant, buy credits, or report.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. If you use LoopAndStack for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

Credits and payment

Credits are a digital licence to plant on this lot. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed.

Packs are paid through Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars including any applicable taxes Stripe is configured to collect.

Credits are digital content supplied immediately. By buying, you request that supply to start at once and you waive the 14-day consumer withdrawal right for that digital content (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(m)). You will be asked to confirm this before payment.

Credits already spent on a planted loop are not refunded if that loop is later hidden, flagged, or removed. Unused credits remain on the account until spent or the account is deleted.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you already have in a clip. By planting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, and display that loop on LoopAndStack (including a still used for moderation).

You confirm you have the right to plant the clip, and that it is not illegal in the EU (including terrorist content, CSAM, or infringing material you do not own).

We may hide, flag, or remove a loop. Hidden land is not refunded. Reporting is available on each loop.

Accounts

You may close your account at any time from the account page. Closing deletes your profile, sessions, loops, and wallet. Payment records may be kept in anonymised form where the law requires it.

Liability

The lot is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that a planted loop will remain visible forever.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss of credits beyond the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live. These terms do not strip those rights.

Otherwise these terms are governed by Swedish law, and Swedish courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer venue.
